【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales contract will be established between you and our company, encompassing the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please review these Terms carefully and ensure your full understanding before placing an order.

If these Terms are translated into a language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Terms
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted under any circumstances.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for three months from the date of return.
We will re-ship it if requested by the customer (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging will be reused.
5. After an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments (combining shipments) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Our company will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order, regardless of reasons such as customer relocation or change of address.
If you plan to relocate or change your address, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company will not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or change of address.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If it is found that a purchase exceeds these limits, our company will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these terms by the customer is discovered after an order is confirmed, or if it is found that the customer is associated with anti-social forces,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may, at its discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
