【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, incorporating the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please review these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.

If these Terms are translated into a language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges are not permitted for any reason due to customer convenience.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
Upon your request, we will arrange for re-delivery (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the 3-month period, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. After an order is confirmed, customers cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or combining deliveries (shipping together) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or any other reason, we will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery time and ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase limits on quantity.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after an order is confirmed, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be associated with anti-social forces,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus shipping fees.
